Tap your profile icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
From your profile page, tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “Settings” option in the menu.
Scroll down and select “Account”.
Now select “Posts You have Liked”.
Here is a list of all the posts you’ve liked on Instagram, with the newest at the top.
If you want to like a post, tap the “heart” icon next to the post to dislike it.
That’s it! You can now see all the posts you liked on Instagram by following these steps. Note that this feature is only available on the mobile app and not on the Instagram website.
