How to delete Instagram account temporarily 2023
Follow these steps to delete your Instagram account:
1. On a computer, visit the Instagram website and sign in to your account.
2. Select Edit Profile by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select “Temporarily disable my account” from the “Edit Profile” section at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your password once more and select a reason for deleting your account.
5. To show that you are not a robot, complete the Captcha.
6. Finally, select the button labeled “Temporarily Disable Account.”

Note: After 14 days, your account will be deactivated and deleted permanently. You can reactivate it by logging into your account within the 14-day window.
Remember that you are only permitted to deactivate your account once per week. Access Instagram using a mobile browser. In the lower right corner, hit your profile image, then select Profile, followed by Edit Profile. Tap Temporarily deactivate my account in the bottom right corner after scrolling down.
